The sun came out and so did Australian model Lara Bingle. Leather clad Lara showed off her bikini as she topped up her tan on Sydney's Bondi Beach. My eagle shopping eye reminded me that I had already seen this smouldering bikini the last time I was perusing the new arrivals at Matches... I might need to make a sneaky purchase and have it ready for my next sun-soaked holiday, hehehe!

Bigger is always better and this retro alarm clock is no exception. Those clever people at the Karlsson design team decided to launch an extra large version of the classic alarm clock.  The clock also features a sweep movement which means that the time slips by without a sound, until the alarm sounds the next morning and looks perfect in any room.

Selfridges London has launched an exciting UK exclusive and the largest store collaboration to date as they welcome Yayoi Kusama collaboration with Louis Vuitton into their legendary windows and Concept Store from 24 August.

Louis Vuitton has collaborated with the illustrious Japanese artist, Kusama to create a collection of must-have handbags, ready-to-wear, travel bags, shoes and accessories featuring Kusama’s iconic bright, repetitive patterns. Selfridges London is the only place in the UK to house the exclusive second drop of the Kusama Monogram collection and they're marking the occasion with an unprecedented 24-window design by Yayoi Kusama.

The collaboration continues within the store, where Yayoi Kusama and Louis Vuitton have also transformed the ever-changing Concept Store with her signature giant pumpkins, setting the scene for a showcase of the collection.

The extraordinary collaboration was unveiled today, when the extension of the Kusama for Louis Vuitton collection is available exclusively at Selfridges London until 1 October. The Concept Store will be open until 19 October.

It was only launched on Wednesday but already Katy Perry has been snapped in my beautiful hometown of Sydney wearing a chinoiserie print Butterfield 8 sweater - that's hot!

Without a doubt this it is one of the best Wheels & Dollbaby collections and several of the garments are right up there with the likes of my personal favourite Skull Print Dress (that I wore to my engagement party) and the demure yet über sexy Marie Antoinette Dress.

The Dita Cardigan has been remade for this collection in a gorgeous powder blue and I think that will be one of my next purchases... Hubby, where is your Amex???

Just Taking the Cats for a Walk!

Having a blog called Salon Kitty it was only a matter of time until I posted the puurrrrfect pair of shoes!

Israeli designer Kobi Levi first shoe designs were created during his high school days and back then they were made from cardboard. Nowadays all pairs are made by hand from high-quality materials.

The Miao design captures the grace and elegance in a cat's movement while stretching its limbs. Many actually see it as a dog. Either way, it seems so alive you expect it to jump in a giant leap straight into your lap.  The playful tail and pink bell strap and personality and are oh so cute!
