Jimmy Choo for H&M

Autumn has never been this glamorous at H&M before. This year, British luxury label Jimmy Choo will bring a special limited collection to 200 selected H&M store across the globe. After infamous collaborations with designer brands such as Karl Lagerfeld, Matthew Williamson and Viktor&Rolf, it is the first time H&M is teaming up with an accessory label. To celebrate this new bag and accessory collaboration, Jimmy Choo will extend its design vision creating women's clothing. The collection will also feature a men's collection of shoes, bags and men gadgets.

“We adore Jimmy Choo's shoes and bags. They are glamorous and sexy, and they add instant style to the simplest of outfits. I like the way we have worked with clothes to accessorize the shoes and bags rather than the other way around. This collaboration is particularly exciting because it's our first shoe designer collection. It's a joy to be able to offer top end designer shoes and bags of excellent quality to our customers.” Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor, H&M.

Jimmy Choo is renowned by the Hollywood glitterati and has become a red-carpet essential. Launched in 1996, the brand is now one of the most sought after luxury accessory labels.

Grey Is The New Black

Hot off the production line are the new grey ‘Rats’ leggings by Aussie design duo Sass & Bide.

Layer on an oversized tank and add statement heels for a weekend look with rock-chick credentials.

I think you will agree that grey is certainly the new black and they would also look fab teamed with some wellie's for the upcoming festival season.

Undercover: The Evolution Of Underwear

The Fashion and Textile Museum's exciting new exhibition Undercover traces the evolution of underwear from health garment, shape definer to fashion ‘must have’. It explores a number of themes such as boudoir to everyday glamour – ‘Stars and their bras’ looking at celebrity branding; research and innovation's impact on the types of underwear we wear; and how the changing face of underwear advertising and marketing meshes with social and cultural changes.

The exhibition presents a visual demonstration of how female underwear has evolved as women's role in society changed. It encompasses the changing trends from the ‘flatten it’ to the ‘push it up’ to the ‘let it all hang out’! Undercover contains some exquisite pieces from a wide range of private and public collections that read like the Who's Who of underwear; M&S, Triumph, La Perla, Christian Dior, Elle Macpherson, Myla and Wonderbra – to name just a few.

From the risqué to the radical, pieces include an original Merry Widow corset inspired by Lana Turner in the film of the same name; renowned burlesque artiste Immodesty Blaize's corset; a spectacular gown made from bras and briefs by designers Vin & Omi and a La Perla bra encrusted with Swarovski crystals.

This is one not to be missed!

Burberry Check is now Hogwarts Chic

After weeks of speculation, Emma Watson was today unveiled as the face of Burberry and doesn't she look beautiful!

Photographed by Mario Testino, Watson looks extremely grown up in trench coats from the autumn/winter collection.

Despite persistent rumours linking her to Chanel, and her ubiquitous presence at international fashion shows, Burberry is the first major advertising campaign that the 19-year-old Harry Potter star has landed.

Shot by Mario Testino in Westminster, close to Burberry's headquarters at Horseferry House, the images capture Watson in a collection inspired by Virginia Woolf and the Bloomsbury set.

Burberry's creative director Christopher Bailey told The Evening Standard: 'Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign.

'Emma has a classic beauty, a great character and a modern edge. Her charm, intellect and brilliant sense of fun made the whole shoot feel like a picnic on the Thames.'

He added: 'I felt Emma would be strong enough to hold the campaign as the only girl, and I loved the idea of her being surrounded by these young, cool British guys.'
